NYCLU Investigating Fox Ban

This afternoon the New York Civil Liberties Union announced it was investigating Fox’s decision to ban our new ad.

The NYCLU believes that Fox’s decision is a clear case of censorship based on content, and very well may be in violation of Federal law.
