The 2005 race for Manhattan borough president is already heating up. I hear District 2 School Board President Brian Ellner just hooked two of the top political advisers in town: powerhouse consultant Hank Sheinkopf and Bill Clinton pollster Doug Schoen.

The trio were spotted huddled at the Harmonie Club on E. 60th St. Ellner, who is openly gay, has not yet announced...
